SpunkyJunky Guarantee

SpunkyJunky guarantees all SpunkyJunky Guaranteed Products against defects caused by faulty materials, workmanship or function for twelve months for domestic use (not commercial use) from the date of purchase.

The SpunkyJunky Guarantee covers the repair or replacement of your SpunkyJunky Guaranteed Product (at SpunkyJunky’s discretion) if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within the guarantee period.

SpunkyJunky Guaranteed Products

The products covered by the SpunkyJunky Guarantee (SpunkyJunky Guaranteed Products) includes all the bowl products and the related accessories which must be in stock.

The SpunkyJunky Guarantee does not apply to any products supplied by SpunkyJunky other than the Koh Guaranteed Products.

Terms and Conditions of the SpunkyJunky Guarantee

The terms and conditions of the SpunkyJunky Guarantee are as follows:

● The SpunkyJunky Guarantee becomes effective from the date of purchase of the SpunkyJunky Guaranteed Product.
● You must provide proof of purchase for your SpunkyJunky Guaranteed Product to make a claim under the SpunkyJunky Guarantee.
● If the SpunkyJunky Guaranteed Product includes a number of parts or accessories, SpunkyJunky may elect to repair or replace only the defective part or accessory.
● If a SpunkyJunky Guaranteed Product is repaired or replaced during the guarantee period, the guarantee on the repaired or replaced product will expire at the expiry of the original guarantee period (i.e., 1 months from the original purchase date).
● Exclusions to the SpunkyJunky Guarantee include:
● accidental damage or fault caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, carelessness or operation or handling of the product in a manner which is not in accordance with SpunkyJunky instructions or guidance; 
● use of the SpunkyJunky Guaranteed Product for commercial or industrial use or anything other than the use that the SpunkyJunky Guaranteed Product is designed for.

How to claim under the SpunkyJunky Guarantee
