1. Order Shipping Range

Because of the unstable international shipments caused by COVID-19, we have suspended global shipping operations and are currently only delivering within the U.S. mainland. 

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

SpunkyJunky's processing time is 1-2 business days, and shipping is usually 3-5 business days. So our delivery time is usually 4-7 business days (delivery will be delayed in case of holidays).


*Our order cutoff time is 16:00, Mon. - Fri. Orders placed after 16:00 on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday. (holiday extension)

3. Shipping Rates

SpunkyJunky offers two shipping methods: standard shipping and fast shipping , both with FBA shipping to our customers. And no more shipping charges for orders over $89 for standard shipping and over $129 for fast shipping. Detailed shipping cost information is below:

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SpunkyJunky is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (taxes, etc.).

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after the package has been shipped.

6. For unusual situations
ⅰ. The package is still in transit after being shipped 60 natural days ago.
If you encounter this situation, don't hesitate to contact us at, enclosing your order information, and we will verify the package status and send you a new one.

ⅱ. Without any note or contact, the package is not shipped over 10 natural days after the placement.
If you encounter this situation, don't hesitate to contact us at with your order information, and we will verify the package's status. At the same time, we will also send a $5 coupon to you and perform a return or exchange operation after shipping according to your wishes.

ⅲ. The query result shows that the package has been signed for, but actually did not receive.
This is usually caused by a missing package from the shipment carrier, and we can help you contact the local office of the shipment carrier to find out what happened. However, SpunkyJunky is not responsible for the loss of the package.

ⅳ. Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


1. The shipping time listed in the table above is just ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), and most of our shipped parcels can be delivered within this time frame. However, the impact of the COVID-19 may lead to a delay in parcel processing and delivery services in destination countries in different uncertain ways.
2. Please leave sufficient details about your shipping address to ensure accurate delivery. It would be better if your shipping address including the Apt/unit number. A correct email is mandatory for receiving emails containing order confirmation and shipping notification. The phone number is required for being contacted by the delivery man if necessary.
3. Please note that SpunkyJunky is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, incorrect post/zip code, or blank mobile column. SpunkyJunky will not take non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons.
4. Please note that our shipping service providers will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or ship to outlying territories, remote areas & islands, or Military Addresses (APO/FPO).
5. Shipping time might be affected during public holidays or extreme weather. Because the manufacturers & carriers might limit or stop their operations. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, and normal service resumes soon after a holiday or extreme weather ends.
