Can I Cancel The Order After Purchase? And What Should I Do?
Any cancellation on orders, please email us at within 24 hours after placing the order. Any order cancellation after 24 hours will be charged with a 30% restocking fee.

30-Day Risk-Free Return&Exchange
Within 30 days after you sign for the package, you can contact us for a risk-free return/exchange. We do not accept any return or exchange requests if your package is delivered over 30 days.

What is my return shipping cost? Will you pay for the return shipping cost?
If the consumer causes the return, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific shipping cost should be based on the express company you choose. 
If SpunkyJunky causes the return, the products received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

*Notices for all return or exchange items*
For all pet bowls: 
a. If the outer packaging has not been opened, you can request a return.
b. If there is a problem with the quality of the product (such as receiving a broken bowl, a damaged bowl stand, or a wrong product), you can request a refund or exchange.
c. All accessories must be returned together with the original packaging when returning or exchanging.
d. SpunkyJunky is not responsible for any damage to the product caused by any human factor.
e. All returns/exchanges are subject to validation and approval at SpunkyJunky’s discretion.

Conditions NOT Covered In Our Return Policy
More than 30 days since the items have been delivered and require a return or exchange.
In such case, SpunkyJunky does not accept returns or exchanges. 

How Do I Initiate A Return or Exchange?
1. Please contact our Customer Support Team at to initiate a return or exchange. 
2. Once we receive your return/exchange request, our Customer Support  Team will send you a confirmation email. The returned package should be sent to 2650 N. Argyle Ave., Suite 101, Fresno, California, USA 93727
And we recommend that you hold onto your tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
3. Please allow approximately 2 business days for your requirement to be processed after we receive your request. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email confirmation when it is processed. 
4. Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 3 business days for it to reflect in your original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. 

The information below must be attached in the Email when you contact us and request a return:
1. Order number (e.g., #SJ1001), which you can see on the email after placing the order. And if you have an account with us and are logged in when purchasing. You can also see your order information in "My Account".
2. Evidence pictures or videos showing faulty items
3. Pictures of entire packages
4. Elaborate your request (return or replacement) and the specific issue that best explains your reason for returning.
